Living healthy life is our duty as human beings

One of ten tips is getting back to nature. People can get back to nature for the use of medicinal plants which can be obtained from the rich environment of our lives. The question is 'Is it possible to live healthy life without drugs? Let's look at ten tips healthy life without drugs.

1. Know yourself, both physically and mentally
This is the first tip for healthy living, to recognize the physical and psychological condition of our own. Self-introduction about the physical and psychological condition is very important to be the basis for making decisions with the right efforts to maintain our health, for example, about what is good and should be done, and what others do not. That when we realized that we no longer young (>50 years), efforts to reduce fatty foods and carbohydrates has to be started. Moreover, if we already know that based on the results of medical examination it turns out we have symptoms of high blood pressure, then attempt to prevent foods that can trigger high blood pressure are also needed. 2. Do not rush taking medication

3. Variation of the daily diet

If we use this as a distraction, then the two groups of materials that can complement each other.When we used to eat chicken and beef, you should change the habit, and occasionally eat fresh fish, tempeh, and tofu as alternatives.
If day after day we eat green vegetables, because we thought that it was definitely a good all-green, occasionally need to eat variety of vegetables and fruits are not green, like tomatoes, carrots, baby corn, red peppers, bananas, mangoes , apples, citrus fruits (as dessert). Every morning we do need to have breakfast. Fried rice perhaps the kind of breakfast that we usually eat. Try replacing it with another food menu, for example with cereal, bread, potatoes, or vegetables which we grow in our backyard.

4. Adjust consumption level with age
The amount of nutrients the body needs varies depending on age, kind of activities, and body conditions (sick or healthy). In children and teenagers who are growing, the five elements in food (carbohydrates, proteins, good fats, vitamins, and minerals and water) are necessary, so does not need to be restricted. In contrast, for adults and seniors (elderly people), it is absolutely necessary to apply restrictions. Carbohydrate and fat as energy producers should be reduced in number, given the physical activity of the elderly has been declining.
How can I reduce the carbohydrates and fats? A simple way is to reduce the portion of rice and fried. Conversely, vitamins and minerals and water it must be given sufficient food intake with. These substances are needed to accelerate the body's metabolism, and increase durability. Just keep in mind that most good is to wear natural vitamins, such as that contained in fruits and vegetables fresh. While drinking water must be clean and safe from germs, filtered water would be a good option
Approximately 60% of our body weight is water or liquid. That means we should drink more water than other food elements. 5. Exercise regularly according to ability
Exercise improves blood circulations and accelerate the spread of nerve impulses to all parts of the body or vice versa, so that the body always kept fit. Many people thinks, we exercise when we do physical work like sweeping the floor, cleaning, washing, and drying clothes. But can we do these kind of 'sports' regularly and continuously? Regular exercise will boost our body immunity.
For people with high blood pressure, heart disease, lung infections, and diabetes, should consult doctor to determine what type of exercise is suitable for their condition. Usually low-intensity exercise and do not be too long we can do. For normal people who do not have a disease, it is better to choose sport which have a high impact such as swimming, aerobics, ride a stationary bike, and jogging.
6. Maintain cleanliness
Clean environment in the house, yard, and a residential complex give a fresh and pleasant atmosphere. One study in the country of Uncle Sam showed that the compound with neat, clean, green, and beautiful environment has better health percentage of inhabitants who are much better than poor housing complex with plants.
Clean environment also makes our bodies clean, both physical and spiritual. This condition can prevent physical ailments such as skin infections, allergies to dust, flu, bronchitis, and "diseases" such spiritual stress, frustration and depression, the affect of declining immune system.

7. Spend to relax
Does not mean we rest more than working . No !! Take the time to break it in fact only briefly and this is necessary, to set kendo moment of tension from daily everyday routine. Japanese people do "self-hypnosis" by closing their eyes for a moment in his chair in 5-10 minutes. Relaxed exercise like this should be done regularly. Relax by spending some time alone, having our own personal space can help too.
Comfortable bed is also a form to relax alone. Stamina will recover quickly, and the balance of hormones in the body can be achieved. Prolong tired condition will reduce the immune system which can cause diseases.
8. Back to nature
The term "back to nature " started in the 1990s in Western countries. This trend is based on the believe that modern lifestyles encourage people to change their eating habits, eating canned food more often, bottled chili sauce or fruit preserves. Also we tend to move less because of the modern technology such as washing clothes with washing machine, sweeping the floor with a vacuum cleaner, traveling by vehicle, even for short distance which can be done by foot. With all these trend, our bodies become spoiled, we don't move a lot and more prone to disease because our body immune has decline. A martial arts warriors, despite living in the midst of modern times, always have healthy body because they often walk and routine exercise by moving the body.
Going back to nature, does not mean we have to eat raw food from nature cooking, but at least we avoid instant food ingredient, food in cans and even eat vegetables and fruit fresh from the organic farm without chemical fertilizers and pesticides. Good also if we begin to consume additional nutrients or supplements derived from herbs or plants blended with modern technology but still with traditional recipes.
9. Breathing exercise
Exercise our breathing by controlling the way and frequency of breathing to be more efficient. Breathing the air (oxygen) slowly in 15 counts and then releasing it slowly as well in 15 counts so we can hold oxygen in the body longer than usual. Oxygen will be used by the organs of the body effectively. When we breathe irregularly, sometimes slow, sometimes fast, the oxygen will not be absorbed completely. Before the oxygen being absorbed by body, it is already been exhaled.
By default we breathe 5 times in a minute. By practicing, the frequency can be less than five times in a minute. As a result, the oxygen being inhaled less more effective. Body organs will adjust to this little oxygen availability, and it would benefit the body. Therefore, with a little oxygen but effective breathing, the body is not be flooded by CO2 as the side effect of breathing process, which is not good for health.
10. Keeping up with healthy readings
The phrase "If you don't know then you can't love it" is spot on to those who want a healthy body, but do not want to follow up with healthy readings. If we read a lot of healthy readings, we will know what is good and bad for our body, then we can find a way to avoid diseases.
Well, if you want a healthy body without having to take medication each time pain, then the tips above can be applied to your life. Onta Arab

Selamat Pagi & Selamat Berkarya,

MENJAJAL ONTA🐫🐫

Brodin lagi melancong ke Arab, seperti orang Indonesia yang lainnya ia juga ikut tour naik onta.🐫
Tapi Onta di Arab tidak seperti onta di Indonesia, ketika Brodin bilang :
"Duduk" onta langsung duduk.

Namun lain kejadiannya, onta di Arab, walaupun Brodin sudah bilang :

"Duduk, sit..sit, jongkok, diuk" ....
sang onta tetap berdiri, dan akibatnya Brodin tidak bisa naik.

Pawang Onta (PO) : "Bilang Assalamualaikum, baru onta duduk"

Brodin : "Asalamualaikum" langsung onta duduk, Brodin naik, onta langsung berdiri lagi..

Brodin : "Jalan.. jalan.." onta tetap diam. Dipukul pukul punggungnya, onta tetap tidak mau jalan.

PO :"Bilang Bismillah "
Brodin : "Bismillah"
Onta jalan, Brodin senang jalan naik onta dengan Pawang Onta berjalan di sampingnya.

Tak lama kemudian Brodin bertanya : "Pawang.. gimana cara nyuruh ontanya lari ya?"

PO : "Bilang aja Alhamdulilah"

Brodin : "Alhamdulilah" ... dan ontapun berlari.
Brodin senang sekali,
saking senangnya Brodin bilang lagi "Alhamdulilah..",
dan si onta berlari tambah kencang, dan si Pawang Onta makin ketinggalan.

Ketika Brodin sudah jauh si Pawang Onta baru ingat, belum memberi tahu caranya onta berhenti ....
Dari jauh PO berteriak :"Kalo mau berhenti bilang Innalillahi.."
Karena sudah jauh Brodin tidak mendengar..

Dan si onta terus berlari dengan kencang... sampai akhirnya di kejauhan Brodin melihat di depan ada jurang yg sangat dalam.
Brodin ketakutan, dan mencoba menghentikan onta :
"Stop, stop, stoooop, stooop, oop, oop..!!"

Onta tetap berlari, jurang sudah terpampang di depan mata.

"Mati gue!"... kata Brodin, tahu dia akan jatuh kejurang dan mati.

Dalam kepanikannya dia berteriak :
"Innalillahi..!!" sambil memejamkan mata pasrah...

Ciuuuuut onta berhenti...
dan ketika Brodin membuka mata....
dia melihat persis di tepi jurang...

Saking senangnya tidak jadi mati Brodin berteriak : "Alhamdullilah!"

PLUNG.....😩😫😫

Ternyata, plak !

Suatu hari seorang ayah dengan girang membeli sebuah Robot yang canggih dlm mendeteksi kebohongan. Dia langsung tidak sabar ingin menguji keampuhan robotnya itu. Malam pun datang, sang anak pulang jam 11 malam di ruang tamu sang ayah sudah menanti bersama sang Robot.

Ayah : Kamu dari mana Nak?
Anak : Belajar, Yah…
Kontan sang Robotpun menampar sang anak… PLAK..!

Ayah : Jangan bohong nak! Robot ini akan menamparmu tiap kali kamu berbohong. Ayo jawab yg benar, kamu dari mana?!
Anak : NontonYah di rumah temen… Agus..

Ayah : Film apa..?
Anak : Film perang… PLAK..! Si anak kena tampar sekali lagi oleh Robot.

Ayah : Ayo jawab yang jujur..!!
Anak : Aku nonton film porno, Yah..

Ayah : Haa… dasar kamu! Kamu tahu, waktu Ayah seumuran kamu, Ayah belum pernah nonton film porno… PLAK..! Sekarang giliran si Ayah yang kena tampar Robot.

Mendengar suara ribut-ribut di ruang tamu,sang Ibu keluar dan melihat wajah anaknya merah lebam habis kena tampar Robot.
Ibu: Ayah..! Jangan keterlaluan gitu dong! Biarpun begitu dia kan anakkamu!….
PLAK..!  Kali ini sang Ibu yang kena tampar...

The Pastor's Ass

The Pastor's Ass
The pastor entered his donkey in a race and It won.
The pastor was so pleased with the donkey
That he entered it in the Race again, and it won again.
The local paper read:
 
PASTOR'S ASS OUT FRONT.
The Bishop was so upset with this kind of publicity that he ordered the
Pastor not to enter the donkey in another race.
The next day, the local paper headline read:
 
BISHOP SCRATCHES PASTOR'S ASS.
This was too much for the bishop, so he ordered the pastor to get rid of
the donkey.
The pastor decided to give it to a nun in a nearby convent.
The local paper, hearing of the news, posted the following headline the
next day:
NUN HAS BEST ASS IN TOWN.

The bishop fainted.
He informed the nun that she would have to get rid of the donkey, so she
sold it to a farmer for $10.

The next day the paper read:
NUN SELLS ASS FOR $10.
This was too much for the bishop, so he ordered the nun to buy back the
donkey and lead it to the plains where it could run wild.

The next day the headlines read:
NUN ANNOUNCES HER ASS IS WILD AND FREE.
The bishop was buried the next day.

The moral of the story is... Being concerned about public opinion can
bring you much grief and misery & even shorten your Life.
So be yourself and enjoy life.
Stop worrying about everyone else's ass and you'll be a lot happier and
live longer!

3 aussies and 3 kiwis

Three Maoris and three Australians are travelling by train to a Rugby match at the World Cup in England.
At the station, the three Maories each buy a ticket and watch as the three Aussies buy just one ticket
between them.
"How are the three of you going to travel on only one ticket?" asks one of the Maori's.
"Watch and learn mate," answers one of the Aussies.

They all board the train. The Maori's take their respective seats but all three Aussies cram into a toilet and close the door behind them.
Shortly after the train has departed, the conductor comes around collecting tickets. He knocks on the toilet door and says, "Ticket please."
The door opens just a crack and a single arm emerges with a ticket in hand. The conductor takes it and moves on.

The Maori's see this and agree it was quite a clever idea. So after the game, they decide to copy the Aussies on the return trip and save some money (being clever with money, and all that).
When they get to the station, they buy a single ticket for the return trip.
To their astonishment, the Aussies don't buy a ticket at all!!
"How are you going to travel without a ticket?" says one perplexed Maori.
"Watch and learn mate," answers an Aussie.

When they board the train the three Maori's cram into a toilet and soon after the three Aussies cram into another nearby.
The train departs.
Shortly afterwards, one of the Aussies leaves their toilet and walks over to the toilet where the Maori's are hiding.
He knocks on the door and says, "Ticket please."

The Emergency Number worldwide for Mobile is 112.

If you find yourself out of the coverage area of your mobile; network and there is an emergency,
dial 112 and the mobile will search any existing network to establish the emergency number for you,
and interestingly this number 112 can be dialled even if the keypad is locked. Try it out.

SECOND
Have you locked your keys in the car?
Does your car have remote keyless entry?
This may come in handy someday. Good reason to own a cell phone: If you lock your
keys in the car and the spare keys are at home, call someone at home on their mobile phone from your cell phone.

Hold your cell phone about a foot from your car door and have the person at your home press the unlock button, holding it near the mobile phone on their end.

Your car will unlock.
Saves someone from having to drive your keys to you.

Distance is no object. You could be hundreds of miles away, and if you can reach someone who has
the other 'remote' for your car, you can unlock the doors (or the trunk).

Editor's Note: It works fine! We tried it out and it unlocked our car over a mobile phone!'

How to disable a STOLEN mobile phone? To check your Mobile phone's serial number,
key in the following digits on your phone: * # 0 6 #

A 15 digit code will appear on the screen.This number is unique to your handset. Write it down and keep it somewhere safe.

When your phone get stolen, you can phone your service provider and give them this code.

They will then be able to block your handset so even if the thief changes the SIM card, your phone will be totally useless.

You probably won't get your phone back, but at least you know that whoever stole it can't use/sell it either. If everybody does this, there would be no point in people stealing mobile phones.

ATM - PIN Number Reversal - Good to Know
If you should ever be forced by a robber to withdraw money from an ATM machine, you can
notify the police by entering your PIN # in reverse.

For example, if your pin number is 1234, then you would put in 4321.

The ATM system recognizes that your PIN number is backwards from the ATM card you placed in the machine.

The machine will still give you the money you requested, but unknown to the robber, the police will be immediately dispatched to the location.
